Catherine Roach

Dr. Roach is the newest addition to our team, and we couldn’t be more excited to have her! A proud Michigan State University graduate—Go Green! Go White!—she brings both hometown roots and exceptional skill to our clinic. She’s a highly skilled surgeon with a true passion for client education, and if you’ve met her, you know she never leaves a question unanswered. Her friendly, chatty nature makes every visit feel informative, comfortable, and even a little fun. When she’s not in the clinic, Dr. Roach is a dedicated sports fan, often cheering on the Detroit Red Wings, the Tigers, or the Detroit City Football Club. In fact, she once threw out the first pitch at Comerica Park after a rather unforgettable encounter with a goose—definitely a story worth asking her about! An avid traveler, Dr. Roach has explored all over the world, with one of her favorite adventures being time spent in Amsterdam, where she lived on a houseboat along the canal. Whether she’s in surgery, sharing knowledge with clients, or swapping travel stories, Dr. Roach brings energy, skill, and a great sense of humor to everything she does.
